Building the National Consortium of the VA Women’s Health Research Network: Opportunities Moving Forward

Description: The VA Women’s Health Research Network (WHRN) was founded in 2010 to accelerate research development and impacts through capacity building (training, mentorship, technical support, dissemination), national collaborative research development, and development of a practice-based research network, designed to make inclusion of women Veterans in multisite VA research more efficient and effective. In this session, Dr. Yano will provide an overview of WHRN’s national Consortium’s development, describe ongoing activities, and discuss strategic plans for the future, while also identifying ways others can join these efforts.
