Description: Everyone wants lower drug prices, but the critical question is not how to cut prices, but how to align prices with the value delivered. While there are many questions of how to measure costs and benefits, cost-effectiveness analysis provides a quantitative assessment of clinical benefits and economic consequences of using drugs. In this seminar, David Kim and Peter Neumann will highlight the importance of capturing broader value elements in cost-effectiveness analysis and how it can and should be used in value-based pricing exercises and negotiations. Intended Audience: This seminar is primarily designed for researchers and practitioners whose interest is in measuring value of health interventions and implementing value-based drug pricing.
