Description: This proposed cyberseminar will highlight the value of implementation science and a partnered approach in characterizing and evaluating rehabilitation care programs. Next, an in-depth discussion will describe a mixed-methods approach to evaluating a system-wide implementation of a rehabilitation program, and the innovative use of triangulated data sources, to inform the characterization and evaluation of the program. Next, presentation component, will illustrate how data can be used to inform a plethora of data summaries and products to illustrate characterization of a rehabilitation program, and the patients it serves. Finally, a wrap up will overview of key opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned. This comprehensive presentation will highlight key elements to leveraging a partnered mixed methods approach to evaluating program implementation, which can be replicated to promote evidence-based learning healthcare systems.
