Description: This seminar will summarize general terms and concepts (such as dimension table and primary key) associated with relational databases. The presenter will then review VHA’s Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) as it currently exists in 2023 and explore components of CDW with the combination of VistA, Cerner and other data sources.

Objectives:
• Get to the bottom of all of those acronyms!
• Learn to think in “relational data” terms
• Become familiar with the components of CDW from its variety of data sources
