Description: Financing strategies secure funding to support implementation and sustainment of evidence-based practices, helping to overcome significant cost-related barriers. This presentation will provide an overview of financing strategies and illustrative examples of their relation to implementation and sustainment outcomes in multiple behavioral health contexts. The examples include implementation of a substance use treatment model through federal grants and pilot-testing results of the Fiscal Mapping Process, a strategic planning tool for sustainable financing for youth mental health services.
