HSR was well-represented at the recent 2024 National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. Attendees included Carolyn Clancy, MD, Assistant Under Secretary for Health for DEAN and NAM member; NAM Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Health Policy Fellow and HSR Research Career Scientist A. Rani Elwy, PhD, MSc, of HSR’s Center for Healthcare Optimization and Implementation Research (CHOIR) and QUERI; NAM Greenwall Fellow in Bioethics and HSR Career Development Awardee Sanket Dhruva, MD, MHS; and NAM Emerging Leaders in Health and Medicine Scholars and HSR Career Development Awardees Utibe Essien, MD, MPH, and Lucinda Leung, MD, PhD, MPH. Drs. Essien and Leung are both with HSR’s Center for the Study of Healthcare Innovation, Implementation and Policy (CSHIIP). Dr. Dhruva is with HSR’s Center for Data to Discovery and Delivery Innovation (3DI).
